According to us the Austrian house is functional, innovative, original, practical, economical, healthy, comfortable urban space that is part of the park in which it is located.
The Austrian house is almost a zero object built of the natural, local
materials. This contributes to the preservation of the planet Earth and encourages the development of the local economy, respecting the principles of the circular economy.
Urban space is a platform for all human activities, creativity and occupation. About 80% of his time, a man resides in facilities, thus they have an active role in creating and defining life habits, in the development of human senses, and in the man’s perception of the world.
Often conventional building technologies do not put man and his senses in focus, but the greater importance is given to the economy and practicality. Synthetic materials are widely used, they are usually toxic and cold, and lead to various diseases of today, such as allergies, depression, insomnia, anxiety, etc.
Architecture is a science and art that must have a holistic approach and give answers to all questions, not only practical, functional and economic, but also environmental, social, health. Education can not only provide knowledge and information, but rather healthy solutions, and should build a moral and ethical character with their students.
One of the goals of the project task is to create a place for healthy growing and education of young people. We believe that the beginning is in
constructing an object that is healthy and which, by its very existence, educates.
